2. What Personal Data We Process and How We Obtain It

2.1 The personal data we process about you, the scope of which varies mainly according to the purpose and services provided, includes:

2.1.1 For the purpose of concluding and administering contracts and realizing deliveries: (a) Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, address) (b) Contact details (email, phone number) (c) Company name, ID/VAT number, registered office (if you are an entrepreneur).

2.1.2 For the purpose of improving our services and offers: (a) Data about visits to our websites (cookies, IP address) (b) Data about your purchasing habits and use of our services, such as the date/price and name of purchased products, including related communication with you.

2.1.3 For marketing purposes, including sending commercial communications and personalizing advertising: (a) Data about visits to our websites (cookies, IP address) (b) Contact details (email, phone number) (c) Data about your purchasing habits and use of our services, such as the date/price and name of purchased products, including related communication with you.

2.2 We obtain personal data primarily directly from you (especially when concluding a contract and during the contractual relationship) and also based on your visits to our websites (see the cookies section below).

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

3.1 We primarily use your personal data for the following purposes: (a) To conclude a contract and fulfill your order; (b) To communicate with you and administer our contractual relationship; (c) To analyze, evaluate, and improve our customer services; (d) To resolve your complaints and grievances; (e) To fulfill our legal obligations; (f) With your consent, to inform you about changes and news in provided products and services and our personalized offers.

3.2 If it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, or for the protection of our legitimate interests related to the conclusion or performance of the contract, based on your consent, or if permitted by legal regulations that also provide for the protection of your rights, we use technologies primarily for the creation of your customer profiles for the above purposes.

3.3 We retain your personal data only for as long as one of the above processing purposes persists, and subsequently only for the period and under the conditions in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

3.4 In case of consent for marketing purposes (including eventual profiling for the purpose of offering suitable goods and services and processing cookies), this period is 5 years from the granting or renewal of consent. In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of processing or is determined by legal regulations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

4.1 The legal basis that allows us to process your personal data depends on the purpose for which the specific personal data is processed. Therefore, in a specific case, we may process your personal data without your consent because:

(a) It is necessary for the purposes of concluding or fulfilling a contract with you;
(b) It is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., in the area of accounting and taxes);
(c) It is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests (e.g., in connection with enforcing claims from concluded contracts or in connection with analyzing and improving our services);

4.2 With your consent, we may process your personal data for marketing purposes, i.e., offering our products, informing about news or other commercial communications, by sending them to your email address and using personalized marketing and remarketing. You can withdraw your consent to this use of your personal data at any time by sending information about the withdrawal of consent to our email info@admasys.cz or in writing to the Company's address mentioned above.

5. To Whom We Provide Your Personal Data

5.1 We may provide your personal data to: (a) Service providers who provide us with services related to our activities, especially carriers, intermediaries of your payments, persons assisting us with contract administration and claims you assert for performance, or who print and deliver documents; (b) Other persons in accordance with relevant legal regulations (e.g., notifications to tax authorities in cases prescribed by law, police in the context of criminal investigations, etc.).

5.2 Your personal data may be transferred and stored within the countries of the European Economic Area (hereinafter "EEA"), which are considered countries with a comparable level of personal data protection as the Czech Republic, as well as to entities located outside the EEA, and providers of information or other services.

5.3 We ascertain your satisfaction with your purchase through email questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program, in which our e-shop is involved. We send these to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless you refuse their sending in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in ascertaining your satisfaction with your purchase from us. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position, we use a processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; for these purposes, we may transmit information about purchased goods and your email address to them. Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for its own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program at any time by refusing further questionnaires using the link in the questionnaire email. In case of your objection, we will not send you the questionnaire further.

6. What Are Cookies and How We Use Them

6.1 Cookies are small data files that are necessary for the proper functioning of websites, and which we therefore place on your computer, just like most websites. These are text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using these sites.

6.2 The sites thus remember for a certain period the actions and settings you made on them – e.g., the content of your shopping cart. You do not have to enter this data again when you revisit the sites or move between different sections of the website.

6.3 We use three types of cookies:

• Necessary for the functioning and convenient use of the site – e.g., cookies that help us work with caching and display content faster, or cookies that remember the contents of your cart. We also remember, for example, that you are logged in so you don't have to log in again next time.

(b) The right to access personal data and to be provided with further information related to its processing by the Company;

(d) The right to erasure of your personal data, especially if (i) they are no longer needed for further processing; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent to their processing; (iii) you have legitimately objected to their processing; (iv) they have been unlawfully processed; or (v) they must be erased according to legal regulations;

8.2 The processing of personal data takes place both manually and in electronic information systems that are subject to physical, technical, and procedural control. To protect data, we have set up a security mechanism including technical, organizational, and personnel measures, and we require the same level of protection from our processors.
